How to play

    Stand up

    Make a little space around you. Off the sofa, get ready!

    Follow the command

    When the screen says JUMP, jump. When it says DUCK, duck. FREEZE means be a statue!

  3. 3

    Catch Dot

    At the end, you are the one who catches Dot. Then we slow down and breathe.
